Description
Samastha Lanka Kidney Patients' Association (SLKPA) is the oldest Kidney Patients' Association in our country, and is registered with the Ministry of Defense under No. 1928 and the National Secretariat for Non-Governmental Organizations No. L-145205. Our association is now been converted to a Government-approved Charity organization, as 2017, No. 24, Charitable Institution approved under fifth schedule of Inland Revenue 1A, Gasette No. 2288/08.
As a government-registered charity organization in Sri Lanka, we are committed to improving the lives of kidney patients through various support initiatives. Our key projects include free dialysis, medical aid, scholarships for children of kidney patients, and more. Our mission is to provide practical assistance and hope to those affected by kidney disease across the country.

- Free Medical Insurance Project
- Travel Aids
- Funeral Aids
- Scholarships for Kidney Patients' Children
- Health Education Project
This association has an active membership which includes not only patients and their family members, but also many professionals from different fields including the arts, sports, academia, medicine,and the clergy. Our members are committed to assist the medical and social needs to control this disease in Sri Lanka to control it and over the years has done a tremendous amount of work to uplift the quality of care of kidney patients.
